Paraplous sits directly by the sea in Pigianos Kampos, just outside Rethymno. Whitewashed spaces, old coastal trees and an uninterrupted view of the horizon create a natural setting for long lunches, sunset dinners and evening cocktails.
Our kitchen builds on Cretan olive oil, local ingredients, fresh fish, seafood and carefully selected meats, balancing familiar flavours with a modern point of view.
